for the past couple of weeks, my new doorbell has rung loud, proud and ostentatiously the prosperity-bringing tunes of Gong Xi Fa Cai. its a little embarrassing really, every time someone you dont know (like the pizza delivery boy, or the collection of tuition students under my moms wing) rings, but at the same time, never fails to bring about a giggle.

my doorbell also rings other tunes, in increasing randomness. i had a good mind to tape then down and show you guys for a good laugh, but ive been busy as of late. perhaps next time.
